“Mentors really give us a different perspective on how we want to get things done, and they help us with collaborative ideas. They’re like: “you can do it this way, and it might help.” Having their ideas and support is really helpful.”
— Isaiah, 12th grade, Bodine High School
How do we build a pipeline from high school robotics through college and careers in the STEM sector? For us, mentorship is key. We connect students with mentors who are STEM professionals, to help students envision themselves in STEM and build their first professional networks.
Donate today to our #RoboEquity campaign to help us connect more youth with mentors. Our campaign runs March 7-30, 2022. All proceeds support the Philadelphia Robotics Coalition’s afterschool and summer robotics programs.
