Adult mentors provide advice and guidance that is invaluable to students and coaches alike. Mentors bring professional skills in engineering, programming, project management, and communication that help students take their work to the next level.
Even adults without any robotics experience can bring a new outside perspective that helps students and coaches make new connections and breakthroughs in their work.
Our biggest program challenge continues to be recruiting enough adult mentors to provide weekly support to each team. If you or your organization is interested in learning more about becoming a mentor to a Philadelphia team, please complete the form below and we will be in touch.
